Our Working Process

At UnivPro our customer-service team makes sure that customers are not just satisfied, but are genuinely happy to work with us using our easy and effective four step process.

  1. Step One – Project Analysis And Quote
    Schedule an appointment with us and share your business requirements. One of our executive will do the Project Analysis and share a quotation for your approval.
  2. Step Two – Prepare & Sign Project Contract
    Based on the project quotation, a Statement of Work (Outside IR35) contract is drafted and sent to you for final approval and mutual agreement is signed.
  3. Step Three – Agile Project Development
    Based on the scope and duration of the project, either a Project Manager or Technical Team Lead starts your project using one of the agile principles.
  4. Step Four – Project Delivery & Closure
    Project Manager or Team Lead ensures coordination, delivery of your project with the chosen technologies and close the project upon its completion.
